We pack our coffee in foil bags to maintain freshness and ship them from our roasting room on the same day, so the coffees you receive are guaranteed to be at their peak. We protect the delicate flavor from oxidation by using the coffee's own natural Carbon Dioxide. Our beans are freshly roasted daily. We roast by hand in small quantities, so you can be assured our coffees are the liveliest and most delicious you can buy.
4A Freshness Secret To ensure this superior quality, we never roast large quantities in advance. We also package our coffees immediately in foiled bags that contain a special valve allowing the coffee to "breathe" while ensuring that harmful oxidizing effects to do not take place. Still, this alone does not guarantee that the coffee will live forever or even more than a month before becoming stale. Thus, we fear that coffees that have been roasted far away from their final destination, despite using the same technology, cannot claim to be truly fresh.
